The City of Fernie has rescinded Stage 2 water restrictions as work wraps up on the Fairy Creek Reservoir.
The water restrictions were in place due to repair work being done at the reservoir.
The water capacity in the reservoir had to be decreased while work was ongoing.
City staff say the interior work is complete and crews will now move to some remaining exterior repairs and cladding.

The project is expected to be fully wrapped up in late November.
