Kimberley is lifting its water quality advisory, as recent testing has shown improvement in conditions.

“Testing shows that current water quality is good according to Interior Health’s Guidelines, where turbidity levels are below 1 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity unit),” said city officials.

The advisory was lifted on July 3, almost two months after it was initially put in place on May 14.

City officials said water quality is updated on its website daily from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
