Vehicle on the run after Jaffray firearm incident

The Cranbrook RCMP is searching for a vehicle that fled the scene of a firearms incident in Jaffray.

Police are looking to identify the occupants of what they believe is a dark two-door Chevy Blazer with a spare tire on the back.

The vehicle fled from police and was last seen on Galloway Mill Road off Highway 3 at approximately 1:15 a.m. on May 20.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Cranbrook RCMP at 250-489-3471 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

If you see the vehicle, do not approach it and call 9-1-1 immediately.

This is the second firearms-related incident in the Jaffray area this month.
