UPDATE: Minor Injuries in Multi-Vehicle on Mission Road

Mission Road is now single lane alternating traffic after it was briefly closed Friday afternoon due to a multi-vehicle collision off of Highway 95A.

Cranbrook RCMP confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the collision and that one of the vehicles was on fire.

Sgt. Chris Dodds with Cranbrook RCMP said flaggers are on scene as crews clean up the scene before fully opening the road way.

Dodds confirmed that there were minor injuries in the collision.

The Cranbrook Fire Department responded to the scene along with RCMP and the BC Ambulance Service.
