Cranbrook Farmer’s Market Canceled Due to Coronavirus Concerns

Following suit with other public gatherings in the province, the March 14th Cranbrook Farmer’s Market has been called off due to concerns over COVID-19.

In a Facebook post, the Cranbrook Farmers Market announced the cancellation of the Saturday market on Friday.

“We know this decision will impact both vendors and patrons and appreciate your understanding,” said the Cranbrook Farmer’s Market. “We are monitoring the situation and will attempt to reschedule for another date if and when possible”

The event was intended to be held in the Ktunaxa gymnasium, however, the Provincial Government has urged all public events holding over 250 people to be called off.
