The Cranbrook Bucks have signed forward Konstantin Hutzinger for the upcoming season.
The Wels, Austria native has been on fire this season with the Bishop Kearny Selects in upstate New York.
He’s tallied 60 points in 62 games.
Bucks head coach Ryan Donald says they expect him to be a crucial part of their forward core next season.
“We are thrilled to have Konstantin in the fold with the Bucks for next season,” Donald said.
“It was clear to our staff that Konstantin has the skill and ability to be an impact player in the BCHL next season, and we look forward to working with Konstantin to achieve his goals in hockey.”
He says Hutzinger has the offensive prowess to have an immediate impact in the BCHL.
“He is a dynamic player that can change the course of a game with his feet and his puck skill, which will make him an exciting player for Bucks fans to watch in the future.”
This is the Bucks’ first signing for the 2025/26 season.
