A production company behind an upcoming movie will be in Radium Hot Springs next week to film some scenes in the community.
Officials say the film crews will have a limited impact on traffic in the afternoon and overnight on Tuesday, November 12 and again overnight on Friday, November 15.
During that time, parking along the east end of Radium Boulevard and the northern part of Main Street West will be restricted on November 12 and 13 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m. and on November 15 and 16 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The road will also be closed in the same area on November 12 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and November 13 from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Crews will be shooting for the upcoming film “All Night Wrong.”
Mayor Mike Gray says this is a great opportunity for the region.
“It’s really exciting to see, not only for Radium but for the entire Columbia Valley,” said Grey.
“Hopefully it goes well and we’re able to attract more productions in the future.”
Radium officials say production is expected to run into mid-November.
