Cranbrook seeking volunteers for Advisory Committees

The City of Cranbrook is looking for residents who are interested in volunteering for several advisory committees.

City officials say the volunteers will serve on these committees in 2025.

The Advisory Planning Commission is looking to fill four positions. The commission advises city council on matters relating to land use, community bylaws, proposed bylaws and permits.

The Cranbrook Public Library Board is trying to fill three positions. The Library Board will have duties and powers under the Library Act.

One position is open in the Key City Theatre Society, which provides regular reports to city council on the operations of the Theatre Society.

Interested residents can find application forms here and applications will be accepted until Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 4 p.m. at city hall or [email protected].
