The Columbia Valley Rockies are hoping for another strong weekend after going undefeated in their first two games of the regular season.
The Rockies are home to the Chase Heat on Friday followed by the Nelson Leafs on Saturday.
Head coach Tayler Sincennes says they need to stick to their game.
“I’m not too certain about the opponents yet,” he said.
“I think we as a group have to worry about ourselves this early in the season and bring our own energy.”
While undefeated so far this season, Sincennes says they still have room to improve.
“We need to fine-tune some stuff in our game and I think our guys will rise to the occasion and take care of our business,” he added.
“If we take care of our business I think we’ll have some success this weekend.”
Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
