The final results for the Kimberley by-election shows Diana Fox ahead in the votes.
Fox has 441 votes, with the next highest being Craig Janzen with 347.
Kimberley has 6,258 registered voters but only 1,489 ballots were cast.
Meanwhile, Scott Mcleod has 242 votes, Tamara Duggan has 185, 111 for Christopher Millner, Cody Courtenay has 103 and William McKerrow has 58.
Diana Fox will be officially sworn in during the Oct. 15, 2024 City Council meeting.
