The intersection of 14th Avenue North and 2nd Street North will be permanently converted into a four-way stop.
The intersection has been a four-way stop since the spring after the electrical controller system failed.
City staff said it’s not repairable and the installation of a new system would cost the city upwards of $850,000.
An intersection study found that a permanent four-way stop would operate effectively for at least 15 years.
