One person has been arrested and another is at large after an assault in Sparwood on May 19.
Police were called out to the 9500 block of Highway 43 at around 7:15 p.m. after a Sparwood resident had been bear sprayed.
A fight over child custody matters led to an assault by two men on one victim.
Police found a home security system which showed the entirety of the assault.
One suspect has been arrested and released on conditions. The second suspect is still at large but is known to police.
All parties are known to each other and there is no ongoing risk to the public.
