Cranbrook firefighters contained a structure fire at a log home just before 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 3.
Four firefighters responded with two trucks arrived at the scene, located at 4945 Highway 3/95 and found the log structure completely engulfed in flames.
The crew called in reinforcements and an additional truck and seven more firefighters arrived to help put out the blaze.
The fire was contained and crew members remained on the scene through the night to make sure any remaining hot spots were snuffed out.
City officials said no injuries or additional property damage were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
