Invermere residents should keep their toilets closed this week as the district begins jet-rodding work along its sewer lines.
This work will focus on Invermere’s downtown area from Monday to Friday.
District officials said the program is necessary to maintain the community’s sewer system.
“It is recommended that you leave all toilet seats down during this operation,” said Invermere officials.
