Bucks season over after Game 7 loss to Warriors

The Cranbrook Bucks’ season has come to an end after losing 5-1 in Game 7 to the West Kelowna Warriors.

The Bucks fought back from being down 3-0 in the series but ultimately couldn’t stop the offensive firepower of the Warriors.

By the end of the first period, they were able to keep the Warriors to only one goal but were being heavily out-shot 21-5.

The Warriors added two more goals in the second period and another 4:30 into the third.

The Bucks’ lone goal came shorthanded from forward Julian Frias 13 minutes into the third.

And West Kelowna added an empty net marker to seal the deal.
