The City of Cranbrook has announced the launch of a modernized way for residents to view, pay and print bills, licenses and notices online.
The City says residents can visit its website to access a wide range of billing services.
“This secure service allows you to view your account balances and make payments for property taxes, utilities and business licenses, along with downtown parking invoices,” said the City of Cranbrook.
Payments for municipal fines, such as parking tickets, are also now payable online as well.
Renewals for dog licenses can be viewed online, but still must be paid in person at City Hall to be issued a tag.
The City says residents will need their account number and access code for each bill one may wish to register online. Access codes can be found printed on each bill or by contacting City Hall.
The City of Cranbrook added that it will be accepting online and in-person payments by credit card as well with a convenience fee of 2.4% to cover the cost of the service.
