City officials said 309 Avenue will be single-lane alternating traffic while Fortis BC makes repairs.
Original: A gas leak near Marysville Elementary School has Fortis BC and the Kimberley Fire Department on scene.
City of Kimberley officials said it’s along 309th Ave at 307th Street.

Gas has been shut off throughout the neighbourhood and two homes have been evacuated as a precaution.
There is no access to 309th Ave or 309th Street and residents are asked to avoid the area.
