On Oct. 26, Telus will be upgrading equipment in the Hosmer area which will halt some services overnight.
Telus officials said local calling within the area of the isolation will be unavailable.
However, dialling from a landline to a cellular device or vice versa will work.
Service will be disrupted from midnight to 4 a.m. on the 26th.
