A quick response from Cranbrook’s firefighters kept a reported grass fire from spreading too far.
Crews arrived at the scene in Cranbrook’s industrial park on Wednesday evening, where they discovered a car at the centre of the fire.
The team was able to quickly get the blaze contained and extinguished.
Spread was limited, and the flames were contained to the surrounding hillside
