Fans wanting to watch hockey games in person will need to be vaccinated and ready to show their card.
BCHL officials said they fully support the provincial mandate that was put in place.
All fans attending a BCHL game will need to show proof of vaccination and all players and staff will be required to be vaccinated to enter a BCHL building.
“We are committed to upholding these regulations in the interest of the health and safety of our players, staff and fans. We look forward to getting back on the ice in a few short weeks and safely completing our 2021-22 season.
Starting on September 13th, at least one dose will be required to enter certain spaces, including indoor ticketed sporting events, indoor and patio dining in restaurants, fitness centres, casinos and indoor organized events, like conferences and weddings.
