Highway 3/95 reopened after vehicle fire

Traffic is flowing on Highway 3/95 again following a vehicle fire.

According to the Cranbrook RCMP, the fire was approximately three kilometres from the Moyie Provincial Park turn-off.

It closed the highway at roughly 7:40 a.m. and remained closed for around an hour.

Police say the fire is not suspicious and appears to be mechanical in nature.

There is no word yet on if there were any injuries.
